There isn't an option to uncensor The Sims FreePlay on any platform, including the iPad. You'll have to deal with those pesky pixels!

Nope, there's no way to remove the pixelation from Sims FreePlay on iPad. The game's designed to keep it family-friendly!

Unfortunately, you can't uncensor The Sims FreePlay on iPad; the censoring is built into the game and can't be removed through any settings or mods.
