You gotta wait for those special events, like the Team Rocket ones. Only then can you use a Charged TM to get rid of Frustration. Patience is key!

To unlearn Frustration, you need to wait for a special event like the Team GO Rocket Takeover. During these events, you can use a Charged TM to replace Frustration with a more useful move. Keep an eye on in-game announcements!

Just keep an eye out for special events to get rid of Frustration. Otherwise, you're stuck with it!

From personal experience, the only way to get rid of Frustration is during specific events when Niantic lets us use Charged TMs. It can be a pain waiting for the event, but it's worth it to get a cooler move!

If you're a Pokemon GO! player looking for extra PokeCoins or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Pokemon GO! essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
