To unlink your PSN account from Activision, log into your Activision account on their website. Navigate to the 'Linked Accounts' section, and click 'Unlink' next to your PSN account. Simple as that!

Just head to the Activision website, sign in, go to 'Linked Accounts' under your profile, and hit 'Unlink' next to the PSN account you want to remove. Donezo!
