You can also unlink directly from your PS4 or PS5. Go to 'Settings,' select 'Account Management,' then 'Link with Other Services,' and choose Spotify. Finally, hit 'Unlink.'

Super easy! Just head over to your Spotify app or website, go to Account settings, and click on 'Apps'—find the PlayStation Network option and hit 'Remove Access.' Done and done!
