Tried this last week, and no direct option in-game. Had to email Ninja Kiwi support to get it sorted out. They were pretty quick about it!
Just play on, why un-link? BTD 6 is life.
It's really simple, actually. Just go into the game's options menu, and there should be a section for account management or similar. From there, it's just a couple of clicks away!
