Fire tablets sometimes need a little nudge. Go to 'Settings' > 'Apps & Games' > 'Manage All Applications' > 'Roblox' and clear the cache. Then check the Appstore again.

Updates usually happen automatically, but if they're being stubborn, restarting the tablet can help. Turn it off and on again, then check the Appstore.
