First, backup your data. Then, you'll need a 2.5-inch SATA HDD or SSD. Remove the HDD bay cover, swap the old drive out, and follow the steps to reinstall the system software using a USB drive. Done and done!

I just upgraded mine last weekend! Got a 2TB SSD. Backed up my saves, removed the old drive, popped in the new one, and reinstalled the system software from a USB. Took me about 30 minutes!
