You can upload to Instagram on your Mac by using the website! Just go to Instagram.com, log in, and you鈥檒l see a little plus sign at the top where you can upload photos and videos. Easy peasy!
Install the Google Chrome browser on your Mac, then use Developer Tools to switch to a mobile view. Once you've done that, you should see the upload button appear.
Just get a phone. Instagram is meant for mobile anyway!
