First up, you gotta get yourself a water purifier plan. Check your camp inventory or hit up some workshops. Once you have that, place it in some water at your camp. Just remember, the small purifier can go on dirt, but the others need to be in water. Hook it up with a generator for power, and boom, clean water for you!
