To use grenades in Fallout 76, first, make sure you've got some in your inventory. Then, equip them by pressing and holding the Pip-Boy button to bring up the quick inventory menu. Select the grenades from the weapons section. Now, you can toss a grenade at your foes by pressing the grenade throw button (Alt on PC, Right Bumper on Xbox, and R1 on PlayStation).
