Using the PS3 browser is pretty straightforward. First, make sure your console is connected to the internet. Then, go to the XMB (XrossMediaBar) home menu, scroll to the Network tab, and select the 'Internet Browser' option. Use the controller to navigate, and type in URLs with the on-screen keyboard. You're all set!

Just go to the XMB menu, hit the Network tab, and select 'Internet Browser.' Easy peasy!

In my experience, once you open the browser from the Network tab in the XMB menu, using it feels like surfing on a PC, but with a controller. It's a bit old-school but works fine for basic browsing.
