How to use Steam Link with Steam Deck
Super easy! First, make sure both your Steam Deck and the device you're trying to connect to are on the same WiFi network. Then, launch the Steam Link app on the device you want to connect to. On your Steam Deck, go to the Steam Settings, choose 'Remote Play' and ensure it's enabled. Your device should show up in the list on the Steam Link app, and then you just click to connect! Make sure your Steam Deck is on and not asleep for it to work.

Actually, you don't need to use Steam Link with Steam Deck at all. The Deck itself is designed for gaming on the go - think of it as your portable Steam library. So, while you can use Steam Link to play games on other devices via the Deck, it kinda defeats the purpose of the Deck鈥檚 portability.
Protip: Use a strong WiFi connection for the best Steam Link experience with your Steam Deck. Lag is the worst enemy of gaming, and nothing beats a smooth experience. BTW, I tried this in my home setup, and when the connection was strong, it felt like magic! No cables, just me on the couch with my phone connected to the Steam Deck in my room.
