Sorry to burst the bubble, but you can't directly use Steam Points to buy games. Steam Points are more for cosmetic stuff within the platform, like profile backgrounds, chat emotes, and more. You earn these points by purchasing games and related content. To buy games, you'll need to use actual money or any gift cards you have for Steam.

Well, actually, you can't buy games with Steam Points. But, I've used points to spruce up my profile and make my chats more expressive with those cool custom emojis and badges. It's like giving your Steam presence a little personal flair!

Nah, you can't use Steam Points to buy games. They're just for fun extras, not for the games themselves.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
