Easy peasy! Plug your USB headset into one of the USB ports on the front of your PS3. Then head to Settings > Sound Settings > Audio Output Settings and select 'Output to Headphones'. Done!

Plug in your USB headset and go to Settings > Accessory Settings > Audio Device Settings. Make sure both Input and Output Device are set to your headset.

First hand experience: I've been using my USB headset since day one! Just plug it in, go to Sound Settings, and choose 'Output to Headphones'. Works like a charm!

Honestly, just use a Bluetooth headset designed for the PS3. USB headsets can be hit or miss depending on the model.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
