First off, you gotta understand that Vortex is meant for modding games, and using it on the Steam Deck isn't straightforward because the Steam Deck runs on SteamOS by default. But don't fret! Switch your Steam Deck to Desktop Mode first. Then, install Vortex from the official website. Remember, you'll need to install it through a compatibility layer like Proton or a similar tool since Vortex is a Windows app. Once you've got Vortex installed, you can add your games to it and start modding. Just make sure the games you're modding are supported by Vortex and that you're comfortable using Proton or other compatibility layers.

Honestly, using Vortex on Steam Deck is more hassle than it's worth. Better to stick with games that don't need mods.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
