How to View Instagram Reels History
You can check your liked reels by going to Settings -> Account -> Posts You've Liked. Unfortunately, there's no direct Reels history yet, but you can still peek at what you've enjoyed!

Pro tip: Save the reels you like as you go! Just hit the bookmark icon on the reel, then find them all later in your saved collections. Easy peasy!
To see your Instagram Reels history, head over to your Activity tab (the heart icon). There, you'll find a 'Reels' section showing all the fun you've had!
Instagram doesn't have a specific Reels history feature, so either save the reels or check your liked posts. It's a bit roundabout but works!
