From my own experience, just check 'Your Activity' in settings and you're golden!
Tapped on a super cool Reel and now you can't find it again? No worries! Just go to your Instagram Activity Log! Hit the three horizontal lines at the top right of your profile, select 'Your Activity,' then 'Interactions,' and finally 'Reels.' There’s your history—happy scrolling!
