Easy peasy! Just click on the little cart icon at the upper right corner of the Steam interface. If you've added something to your cart, it'll show a number indicating how many items are waiting for you to checkout. Can't miss it!

Honestly, if you can't find the cart, maybe you haven't added anything to it yet. It's right there at the top right, big as day.

Just hit the 'Store' tab on Steam and look for the cart icon near the top right. Click it and voila, everything in your shopping cart is on full display.
