Nope, Animal Crossing: New Horizons doesn't do split-screen. Instead, it offers a 'Party Play' mode where up to 4 players can play together on the same system. One player acts as the leader, and the others follow around. Everyone gets to join in on the fun, but you gotta share the same screen, not split it.

Animal Crossing? Split-screen? Nah, that's not how it rolls. But you can still have a blast with friends in local co-op or online, just without the split.

Absolutely not. But honestly, the shared screen co-op is a unique charm of its own. I played it with my sister, and taking turns being the leader made our gameplay more cooperative and fun!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
