Nope! Black Ops 3 isn't cross-platform between Xbox and PS4. You'll have to stick to your own console squad.

Unfortunately, you can't play Black Ops 3 with your friends on Xbox if you're on a PS4. Separate multiplayer ecosystems for each console.
