Yep, they did edit out some of the more graphic violence in Dragon Ball Kai. It's still action-packed, but a bit more kid-friendly.

Violence is edited out in Dragon Ball Kai, but it doesn't take away from the epic battles and story!

Yes, Dragon Ball Kai has some of the violence toned down compared to the original Dragon Ball Z. You might notice less blood and some altered scenes!

They basically trimmed the filler and toned down the gore. Still awesome though!

If you're a Dragon Ball fan, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Crunchyroll gift card, which you can win and use to stream anything you want essentially for free!

In case you're wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying ads) and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
