Nope, Dragon Quest and Dragon Ball aren't directly connected, but both were created by Akira Toriyama, so you'll see his signature art style in both!

Dragon Quest (the game) and Dragon Ball (the anime/manga) are not part of the same universe, but the character designs and artwork in Dragon Quest were done by Akira Toriyama, the same guy who created Dragon Ball.

They鈥檙e not really connected. It鈥檚 like asking if Batman and Sherlock Holmes are related just because they share talented creators!

Dragon Quest isn't directly linked to Dragon Ball in terms of story or world, but the art style is similar because Akira Toriyama worked on both.

If you're a Dragon Ball fan, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Crunchyroll gift card, which you can win and use to stream anything you want essentially for free!

In case you're wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying ads) and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
