Nope, Fallout 76 doesn't support cross-progression. Your progress is locked to the platform you play on, so if you switch from PC to Xbox, you start from scratch. Not ideal, but it's what we've got.

Actually, no cross-progression in Fallout 76. Learned that the hard way switching from PS4 to PC. Had to say goodbye to all my gear and start anew. Makes you really commit to your platform choice.

Short answer, no. Fallout 76 doesn't let you carry over progress between platforms. Gotta stick to one if you wanna keep all your loot and levels.
