As of now, Guilty Gear Strive isn't part of the free monthly games on PlayStation Plus. You might have to buy it separately on the PlayStation Store.

I checked last month, and Guilty Gear Strive isn't included in PlayStation Plus offerings. Keep an eye on the monthly updates!
