Honestly, if you value graphics and performance above all, you might find the Switch version a tad underwhelming. But, if what you're after is the sheer joy of exploring Hogwarts and its surroundings on the go, then it's a solid yes from me.

I've been playing it on Switch, and it's magical! Sure, it doesn't look as sharp as on my friend's PS5, but I'm not stuck in my living room. Casting spells on a bus feels as Hogwarts as it gets.
Absolutely, Hogwarts Legacy on Switch is a blast! Despite any compromises in graphical fidelity compared to its PS5 or Xbox Series X/S counterparts, the game's immersive storytelling and expansive open world still shine through. Plus, having the ability to jump into the wizarding world wherever you go? Priceless.
I wouldn't recommend it. The game's meant to be experienced in the best quality possible, and the Switch just doesn't hold up. Wait till you can play it on a more powerful console.
