Depends on what you order! Veggie-loaded stir-fries and tofu dishes can be pretty healthy, but deep-fried Manchurian? Not so much!

Indian Chinese food can be high in oil and salt, but if you're making it at home with fresh ingredients, it can definitely be healthier!

As someone who's lived on Indian Chinese food for years, I'd say it really varies. Opt for steamed or stir-fried dishes over fried ones, and you'll be better off.
