Depends on your strategy. Purified Pokemon have better stats for PvE, but Shadow Pokemon deal more damage in PvP.

Nah, keep 'em shadow! The damage boost they get outweighs the purification perks most of the time.

Purifying Pokemon can increase their IVs and reduce their power-up costs. It's great if you want a stronger Pokemon quickly!
