Unfortunately, 'It Takes Two' doesn’t support cross-platform play between Xbox and PS4. You both need to be on the same console family!

Sadly, no. Xbox players can’t team up with their PS4 buddies in 'It Takes Two.'

I tried playing 'It Takes Two' with a friend on different consoles and it didn't work. Same console family only, folks.
