Yes, Launch appears in the Dragon Ball series, but she doesn't make any appearances in Dragon Ball Z. Akira Toriyama seems to have forgotten her, much to many fans' dismay!

Launch is from the original Dragon Ball series, and then she just kinda vanishes when Z starts. She’s like the Where’s Waldo of DBZ!
