For the most part, yes. Both consoles use the same type of power cord, so it should work just fine.

Actually, the older model PS3 (Fat) uses a different power cord than the PS4. The PS3 Slim and Super Slim use the same cord, though.

Yes, the PS3 and PS4 use the same standard two-prong power cord. I've swapped them myself with no issues!
