Not really, there are better choices. Use it if you like it, but don't expect top performance.

Ursaring is solid for PvE with its high Attack stat, but it's not top-tier for PvP battles. Still, it can surprise opponents in the Great League!

I've used Ursaring in several raids and it's a beast! Just make sure you have its best moveset for maximum damage.
