I've had to hunt for these things! Metal Coat evolves Scyther to Scizor and Onix to Steelix, Dragon Scale works for Seadra to Kingdra, King's Rock for Poliwhirl to Politoed and Slowpoke to Slowking, Sun Stone for Gloom to Bellossom and Sunkern to Sunflora, Up-Grade for Porygon to Porygon2, Sinnoh Stone for multiple evolutions, and Unova Stone for some Gen V evolutions.
