Dragon Ball was the OG, hitting the scene in 1984. Naruto didn't show up until 1999. Gotta give props to the trailblazer!
Dragon Ball came first! It debuted as a manga in 1984, while Naruto started its manga run in 1999. Goku raised the bar before Naruto even picked up a kunai!
From personal experience, I grew up on Dragon Ball in the '80s, long before Naruto was even a concept. Goku's been kicking butt longer!
