Your PS3 might be overheating because it's placed in a confined space with little ventilation. Make sure it has room to breathe!

Dust buildup is a common culprit! These little particles can clog the vents and block airflow, causing your PS3 to act like it's in a sauna.

Overheating? Sometimes it's just the poor thermal paste application from the factory. Reapplying can work wonders.

Internal hardware issues, like a failing fan or thermal paste breakdown, can also cause overheating. If cleaning and better ventilation don't help, it might be time to see a specialist.

It's usually dust or bad ventilation. Clean it and place it in an open area. Done!

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
