If you demolish a house in The Sims FreePlay, you get some Simoleons back, but you lose all the furniture and items in it. Be sure to move or sell your stuff first!

Demolishing a house will give you back a portion of the original cost in Simoleons. However, all your hard-earned furniture and decorations? Gone forever.

You get Simoleons back when you demolish, but say goodbye to everything inside. It's like a virtual garage sale with no profits.

Demolishing a house just gives you back some Simoleons. It's not worth it unless you really need to reconfigure your town.

If you're a The Sims Freeplay player looking for extra Simoleons or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in The Sims Freeplay essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
