Most USB and Bluetooth headphones should work with the PS3. I personally use a pair of Turtle Beach headphones, and they sync up just fine every time!

Honestly, any regular Bluetooth headset should pair with the PS3. Just go to 'Settings' > 'Accessory Settings' > 'Manage Bluetooth Devices' to set it up.
