I'd say a good connection speed for PS5 is around 50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload to handle most online activities without any hiccups.

From my experience, 20-30 Mbps download speed works fine for most games on the PS5. No need to go too crazy unless you're streaming 4K movies.

You don't need gigabit internet for PS5. As long as you have around 25 Mbps download and decent ping, you're golden.

Honestly, anything above 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload is overkill, but if you can get it, why not? No lag for you!
