Stamina in Pokémon GO is basically the amount of HP (Hit Points) your Pokémon has. The higher the stamina, the longer your Pokémon can last in battles!

Stamina = HP. More stamina means your Pokémon can take more hits. Easy peasy!

Simple put, stamina is how much health your Pokémon has. When it drops to zero, your buddy's done for that battle!

In Pokémon GO, stamina is really important for gym battles and raids. My Snorlax with high stamina has been my gym defender for weeks!

Honestly, think of stamina as your Pokémon's shield. More stamina, more hits it can take.

If you're a Pokemon GO! player looking for extra PokeCoins or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Pokemon GO! essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
