Sims FreePlay operates in real-time and is free-to-play with in-app purchases and two types of in-game currency (Simoleons & LP). Sims 3 offers deeper gameplay on PC/console and has many expansion packs.

Sims FreePlay is mobile. Sims 3 is PC and more hardcore. Choose your device, choose your destiny!

The main difference is that Sims FreePlay is a mobile game with a real-time system, while Sims 3 is a PC/console game with a faster passage of time. Sims 3 also has more complex gameplay and richer customization options!

I鈥檝e played both! FreePlay is great on the go with a fun real-time clock, but Sims 3 offers way more depth and expansion possibilities on your PC or console.

Sims 3 has better graphics and more detailed interactions, but FreePlay is super convenient for quick gaming sessions on your phone.

If you're a The Sims Freeplay player looking for extra Simoleons or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in The Sims Freeplay essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
