No upper limit, but the real game changes after 50. Beyond that, it's all about those perk cards and fine-tuning your build. Trust me, I've been tweaking my character since launch, and it's a blast figuring out the best combos!
In Fallout 76, there isn't technically a level cap! You can keep leveling up indefinitely, but after level 50, you stop getting new SPECIAL point allocations. Instead, you get to choose perk cards or move a point you previously allocated. It's pretty cool because it lets you fine-tune your character endlessly.
