You can hop into a Power Armor frame from the get-go (level 1), but you'll need to hit higher levels to equip the actual armor pieces. It鈥檚 all about leveling up to match your gear.

I don't get why everyone's so hyped about Power Armor. You can literally start using the frame at level 1 but can't fully gear up 'til much later. Just give me a good rifle and some stealth any day.
