The PlayStation Backbone is compatible with iPhones running iOS 13 or later, including iPhone 6s and newer models. For Android users, it should work with phones running Android 8.0 or later.

I use a Samsung Galaxy S21 with the PlayStation Backbone and it works perfectly! Just make sure your phone's on the list of supported models.

Pretty much any recent iPhone and a bunch of Androids with USB-C should work. Just check the specifics on Backbone's website to be sure!
