Yep! Magneton turns into Magnezone, and Nosepass evolves into Probopass when near a Magnetic Lure.

I've done this tons of times! Use a Magnetic Lure on a PokéStop, and evolve Magneton to Magnezone and Nosepass to Probopass. Trust me, it's that simple.
