A T8 or T9 Torx security screwdriver should do the trick. Some people have had success with T8, but T9 is more reliable.

You’ll need a T9 Torx security screwdriver. It has a little hole in the middle to fit the screws on the PS4. Good luck!

Just use a T9 Torx screwdriver. It's what I used when I upgraded my PS4's hard drive. Worked like a charm!
