I've been using the KontrolFreek thumb grips meant for Xbox One controllers, and they fit the Steam Deck perfectly!

I got the Skull & Co. thumb grips, originally for the Nintendo Switch. They slid on nicely and added some extra grip.

I don't think you need thumb grips for the Steam Deck. The original ones are good enough for most games.

Honestly, any universal thumb grips should work. Just make sure they're stretchable and you're good to go.
