Basically any cell that's not a germ cell (sperm or egg) will undergo mitosis. So think skin cells, muscle cells, and even your cheek cells!
Somatic cells. Period.
I can tell you from experience, if you have a scrape on your knee, it's the skin cells undergoing mitosis that get you back to smooth sailing!
