As someone who spent countless hours on both, I gotta say the PS3 edges it out with its Blu-ray capabilities and free online play. Plus, some amazing exclusives like Uncharted and The Last of Us can’t be overlooked!

Hot take: Xbox 360 was better. Period.

The Xbox 360 had a much better online service with Xbox Live, and the controller was more comfortable for long gaming sessions. Also, Halo and Gears of War – enough said.

I remember my PS3 fondly because of its versatility – it was my gaming console and my movie player. Those exclusives like God of War III and Metal Gear Solid 4? Absolutely legendary.

Honestly, it comes down to what you value more: PS3 had the free online and Blu-ray, but Xbox 360 had a stronger online community and party chat features.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
