From my experience, the sweet spot is usually between 9 AM and 11 AM on weekdays. People are just getting their day started and catching up on their feeds!

It's often suggested to post around 2 PM - 3 PM when folks might be taking a lunch break and scrolling through Instagram.
8 PM on a Sunday seems to work wonders for me! Maybe people are winding down and looking for some chill content before starting the week.
