Starlight Berries are pretty scattered, but you'll have good luck in the Forest region, especially around Point Pleasant and along the riverbanks there. Also, check the area near the Whitespring Resort; it's not only fancy but berry-ful too!

Dude, just wander around the Forest area. Starlight Berries are like the floor is lava game there, except with berries - they're everywhere.

Just server hop near Point Pleasant, trust me. You'll have more berries than you know what to do with in no time.
