From the home screen, go to the gear icon (Settings), then find the Users and Accounts option. You'll see all the account stuff there. You're welcome!

Go to Settings on the PS5 home screen, then select Users and Accounts. It's right there under that section.

Just hit the gear icon on the home screen and navigate to Users and Accounts. You'll find account management options there. Done and done.
